TV BROADCAST SYSTEM UPDATE

Dear Neighbors,

Further to our previous announcement, a signal update has been carried out from the Istanbul central system for our Smart City devices.

Following this update, residents who are experiencing missing channels or no TV broadcasts at all are kindly requested to submit a service request to our Automation Department, for those using the site’s digital broadcasting system (excluding analog broadcasts).

Residents using analog broadcasting are advised to have their televisions checked for compatibility with the broadcasting system and, if deemed necessary, to replace the TV unit.

Our technical teams will carry out the necessary checks based on the service requests received.
