We would like to emphasize that the fact that some channels may appear to be missing during the satellite transition is not due to a problem with our site’s infrastructure.

D-Smart needs to carry out the necessary signal adjustments to our Smart City devices remotely from Istanbul. In this regard, we contacted the relevant company in Istanbul this morning and were informed that the process may continue until 18:00 this evening.

Therefore, we kindly ask residents using the site’s TV broadcast system not to perform channel installation or channel scanning at this time.

Once the adjustments have been completed, residents who continue to experience problems may make an appointment with the Low Voltage Systems Unit and request a technical inspection.
