📣⚠ REGARDING ITEMS LEFT IN COMMON AREAS ⚠📣

Dear Neighbors,

In accordance with Articles 4 and 18 of the Condominium Ownership Law No. 634 and Article 25.4 of the Park Oran Residences Site Management Plan, the corridors on each floor, emergency exit doors, fire escape halls, fire stairs, service stairs, and the shaft cabinets (mechanical and electrical cabinets) belonging to the apartments are considered common areas.

During the fire incident that occurred in Block B4 on December 15, 2024, items such as beds, furniture, and bicycles left at the entrances of the fire stairs seriously endangered the safety of our residents and prevented a proper evacuation process.

Despite repeated notifications by the Site Management Board and the efforts of our Site Staff to clear all items—particularly from the fire halls and stairways—it has been observed that some residents have once again placed personal belongings in these areas.

Any items left in these areas can seriously endanger your safety and the safety of your neighbors in the event of an emergency.
Emergency exit doors and service doors are required by regulation to be heat- and smoke-resistant, and leaving them open is strictly prohibited under the fire safety regulation.

Dear Residents, for your own safety and the safety of all other residents living in our community, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

A final 3-day notice is hereby given for the removal of all items from the specified areas. If the items are not removed by November 8, 2025, they will be removed by the Site Staff and handed over to the Çankaya Municipality teams for disposal. Furthermore, necessary reports will be submitted to the relevant authorities in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire.
