SITE-WIDE BASIC FIRE SAFETY TRAINING AND FIRE DRILL

Dear Residents,

As part of our efforts to maintain the highest level of emergency preparedness within our residential community, our annual Basic Fire Safety Training and Fire Drill will be carried out again this year.

As part of the drill, on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 2:00 PM, the fire alarm sirens in Blocks B1, B2 and B3 will be activated for approximately 5 minutes. In accordance with safety procedures, the elevators will automatically return to the ground floor and the pressurization fans will be activated.

The objectives of the drill are to:

🔥 Improve practical skills related to fire response, firefighting and evacuation,

🔥 Raise awareness in order to reduce and control panic in emergency situations,

🔥 Provide information on emergency procedures, evacuation rules and safety precautions.

🧯 Following the drill, a hands-on fire extinguisher training session will be conducted by our Site Fire Safety Technicians in front of Block B5, one of our designated emergency assembly areas.

For the safety and preparedness of our community, we kindly encourage all residents to participate in the training.

🔍 Information: Photographs and video recordings will be taken for documentation purposes during the drill and training session.
