PEST CONTROL APPLICATION NOTICE

Dear Neighbors,

Due to the frequent rainfall since the beginning of the summer season this year, there has been a significant increase in the number of flying pests throughout the city.

Although the number of pests in our residential complex is lower compared to other areas of the city, thanks to the pest control treatments we have carried out, the rainfall immediately following previous applications has reduced their effectiveness. In addition, it has been determined that daytime applications cannot adequately cover all areas.

As a result of the assessments carried out, it has been determined that our extensive landscaped areas and parking garages cannot be treated comprehensively and safely during the daytime within a short period. As is the case in many holiday resorts and large residential complexes similar to ours, conducting a comprehensive and effective treatment lasting approximately 3–4 hours during nighttime hours has been determined to be the most appropriate solution.

Accordingly, the pest control treatment will be carried out this time as follows:

Date: 12 August 2026 (Wednesday night into Thursday)
Time: 23:00–02:00

Details of the Pest Control Application

🛻 Application Method: Vehicle-mounted ULV (Cold Fogging) Method
📍 Application Areas: All common areas, around plants and trees, pond surroundings, waste collection areas, covered parking garages, and other relevant areas.

The treatment will be carried out by Bio Prime Pest Control's professional teams using products approved by the Ministry of Health, with all necessary safety precautions in place.

⚠️ Important Precautions to Follow During and After the Application
Residents are required to remain indoors from 23:00 until 07:00.
It is recommended that plants not be touched from 23:00 until 12:00 the following day.
Please keep your windows and balcony doors closed during the application.
Please bring indoors any food, beverages, children's toys, pet belongings, and similar items left on balconies or in outdoor areas.
Please keep your pets indoors until 07:00.
Please do not leave food items or cooking equipment exposed in the areas where the treatment will be carried out.
Residents with chronic health conditions, particularly respiratory or cardiac conditions, are advised to stay away from outdoor areas until 07:00.
Please make every effort to avoid being outdoors during the application.
