⛈️⚡ **SEVERE RAIN AND STORM WARNING** ⛈️⚡

Dear Residents,

According to the Turkish State Meteorological Service, heavy rainfall and strong winds are expected in our area from midday today.

To ensure your safety and protect your property against potential hazards such as flash floods, flooding, lightning strikes, localized hailstorms, and strong winds, we kindly ask you to take the following precautions:

▪️ **Avoid spending time in the outdoor areas of the residential complex** unless absolutely necessary.

▪️ **Secure or move to a safe location** any items on your balconies, including swings, umbrellas, flowerpots, tables, chairs, and other loose objects.

▪️ **Park your vehicles in the covered parking garages** whenever possible.

▪️ **Exercise caution around buildings** due to the risk of falling debris from rooftops and building façades.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and attention to these safety measures.

Kind regards,
**PARK ORAN Residential Complex Management**
