INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMMON AREA ELECTRICITY SUPPLY AGREEMENT

Dear Neighbors,

Pursuant to the decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) dated November 7, 2024 and numbered 12989; as of January 1, 2025, the annual electricity consumption limit for residential subscribers has been set at 5,000 kWh, and as of January 1, 2026, this limit has been reduced to 4,000 kWh.

Within this scope, if the annual electricity consumption of the meters serving the common areas of our site—such as elevators, lighting, fire safety systems, and similar facilities—exceeds 4,000 kWh, it will no longer be possible to benefit from the subsidized electricity tariff.

In line with these regulations, the Site Management has been conducting a comprehensive study since the date the decision was published, with the aim of meeting our site’s common area energy needs at the most reasonable cost and with a reliable service approach. During this process, meetings were held with various energy companies, and annual fixed-price supply options were evaluated, taking into account the increasing energy costs.

As a result of the evaluations, it has been decided that the electricity supply for our site’s common areas will be procured through EnerjiSA. Considering EnerjiSA’s strong corporate structure, extensive service network, and competitive pricing advantages, we hope that this agreement will be beneficial for our site’s budget and in the best interest of all our residents.
