INFORMATION REGARDING THE ANNUAL PERIODIC MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION OF OUR ELEVATORS AND THE RECEIPT

Dear Neighbors,

The annual periodic inspections of the elevators within our site, which are mandatory under the relevant legislation, were once again carried out this year by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers.

As a result of these inspections, although no risk to life or property safety was identified, some of our elevators were temporarily assigned red labels in accordance with the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers’ evaluation and were precautionarily taken out of service.

In line with the identified findings, all required maintenance, repair, and improvement works were fully and meticulously completed by the authorized KONE Service, with whom we have a maintenance contract, in coordination with our Site Technical Team.
Subsequently, a re-inspection appointment was scheduled with the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, and the elevators were subjected to a second inspection.

🟢 Following the final inspections conducted by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, all elevators in Block B1 that had previously received red labels were found to meet all safety criteria, received green labels, and have been reopened and put back into active service.

The periodic inspection, maintenance, and auditing processes of our other elevators continue to be monitored with the same level of care and diligence, as safety is always our top priority.
