INFORMATION ABOUT THE TV BROADCAST INFRASTRUCTURE

Dear Neighbors,

The television and radio broadcasts provided via the Türksat 3A satellite will be transferred to other high-capacity TÜRKSAT satellites during the night of August 15–16.

As part of this transition, the direction of the satellite dishes in our residential complex will not be changed, and channels will be updated automatically on TKGS-supported (up-to-date) receiver devices.

In addition, residents using Digiturk are kindly requested to turn off their satellite receivers using the remote control on the night of Saturday, August 15, while keeping the devices plugged into a power source. This is important to ensure that frequency updates are performed automatically. If you experience any issues accessing channels on the morning of August 16, simply performing the Easy Installation procedure via the remote control will be sufficient.

Residents experiencing problems with TV channels after August 16 may request inspection and support by making an appointment with the Low-Voltage Systems (Weak Current) Unit.
