📱🪪 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE NEW ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS 🪪📱

Dear Neighbors,

As previously announced, the new access control systems to be used throughout our site are planned to be activated as of November 3, 2025 (Monday). To ensure a smooth transition for our residents, the implementation process will proceed gradually — starting with block entrances, followed by garage entrances in the following days.

To ensure seamless access at block entrances, the current proxy system and the new access control system will operate simultaneously until December 1, 2025. Door codes will also remain active during this transition period.

We would like to thank you for your attention and cooperation regarding the registration process. For residents who have completed their registration, usernames and passwords for accessing the system via the application will start being provided as of November 3, 2025 (Monday).

Residents who have not yet completed their registration are kindly requested to finalize their registration by December 1, 2025, which marks the full transition date to the new system, in order to avoid any inconvenience.

Starting from December 1, 2025, all old access systems — including garage entrances — will be fully deactivated, and only the new access control systems will be in use.

Our Administrative Team will provide all necessary technical support and information during the activation process of the new system.
