IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE NEW SECURE ACCESS SYSTEMS

Dear Neighbors,

As previously announced, the new secure access systems to be used throughout our residential complex were put into operation as of Monday, 01.12.2025, and have been activated in Blocks C1, C2, C3, B8, A4, B6, B7, A2, B3, B2, and E.

In order to allow our residents to adapt, the implementation is being carried out in phases. Accordingly, the system will become active at the building and garage entrances of Block B4 today, 08.01.2026.

The transition period for each block has been set as 3 (three) days. A separate announcement will be made one day prior to the system activation for each block.

In blocks where the new system has been activated, the proxy system is completely disabled. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask residents who have not yet completed their registration to do so as soon as possible.

During the system activation process, technical support and information for any issues that may arise will be provided by our Administrative Office. In this regard, our Administrative Office staff and Security Unit are providing 24/7 support to promptly address any potential issues.

We thank you for your cooperation and sensitivity in completing the necessary registration procedures to ensure the smooth and effective use of this system, which has been implemented for our collective security.
