IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE NEW SECURE ACCESS SYSTEMS

Dear Neighbors,

As previously announced, the new secure access systems to be used throughout our site have been implemented as of December 1, 2025 (Monday). The system has been activated in Blocks A1, A2, A3, A4, B2, B3, B4, B6, B7, B8, C1, C2, C3, D1, D2, and Park Office E Block.

In order to ensure a smooth transition for our residents, the implementation is proceeding gradually. The system will become active at the building and garage entrances of Block B5 on February 19, 2026 (Thursday).

The transition period to the new system has been determined as 3 (three) days for each block. An additional reminder announcement will be made one day prior to the activation in each respective block.

In the blocks where the new system is activated, the proxy system will be completely deactivated. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request residents who have not yet completed their registration to do so as soon as possible.

During the activation process, technical support and guidance for any issues that may arise will be provided by our Administrative Office. In this regard, our Administrative Office staff and Security Unit are available 24/7 to respond to any potential concerns.

We appreciate your cooperation and attention in completing the necessary registration procedures to ensure the proper and secure use of this system established for our collective safety.
