IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT NEW ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS

Dear Neighbors,

As previously announced, the new access control systems to be used throughout our complex were activated in Blocks C1, C2 and C3 as of Monday, 01.12.2025.

To allow our residents to adapt smoothly, the implementation will proceed gradually, and the system will be activated at the building and garage entrances of Blocks D1 and D2 on Monday, 08.12.2025.

A transition period of 3 (three) days has been allocated for these two blocks. An additional announcement will be made one day prior to the transition for each block.

With the activation of the new system in a given block, the proxy system will be completely disabled. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request residents who have not yet completed their registration to do so as soon as possible.

During the system activation process, technical support and information will be provided by our Administrative Office. In this context, our administrative staff will be available 24/7 to address any potential issues.

Thank you for your cooperation and sensitivity in completing the necessary registration procedures so that we may use this system — established for our safety — effectively and smoothly.
