FLYING PEST CONTROL SPRAYING NOTICE

Dear Neighbors,

Following the recent heavy rainfall and the subsequent increase in air temperatures, a noticeable rise in flying insects (especially various species of flies) has been observed in the common areas of our residential complex. Although the density remains lower than that seen across the city, additional preventive measures are being taken. Accordingly, as part of our regularly scheduled pest control program, a special treatment targeting flying insects will be carried out today, Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

🗓️ Application Date: June 16, 2026 (TODAY)
🕗 Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🔧 Application Method: Vehicle-Mounted ULV (Cold Fogging)
📍 Application Areas: All common areas, landscaped areas, around trees and plants, pond surroundings, waste collection areas, and similar locations.

The treatment will be performed using Ministry of Health-approved products by the professional team of Biyotek Biocidal Product Applications, with all necessary safety precautions in place.

⚠️ Important Precautions During the Application

⏺️ Please keep all windows and balcony doors closed.

⏺️ Remove food, beverages, children's toys, pet belongings, and other personal items from balconies and other open areas.

⏺️ Please keep your pets indoors throughout the application period.

⏺️ Do not leave food items or cooking equipment exposed in the treatment areas.

⏺️ Individuals with chronic medical conditions, especially respiratory or cardiovascular diseases, are advised to avoid outdoor areas during the application and for at least 2 hours afterward.

⏺️ Please avoid staying outdoors while the spraying is in progress.

⏺️ Do not park your vehicles under trees or in areas where the application will be carried out.
