ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE LEASING OF INDOOR PARKING SPACES BY UNIT OWNERS

Dear Neighbors,

In order to ensure the proper use and order of the indoor parking areas located within the blocks, we would like to make the following announcement in accordance with the provisions of the Management Plan and the Condominium Law.

📍 Indoor parking spaces may only be leased by the Unit Owner of the relevant independent unit. Leasing transactions may be carried out directly between unit owners.

📍 Parking spaces may only be leased to Site Residents (tenants or unit owners residing within the site). Leasing to individuals who do not reside within the site is strictly prohibited.

📍 Every leasing transaction must be reported in writing to the Site Management in order to maintain security and registration records.

📍 Any responsibility arising from unreported leases or user changes not approved by the Management shall belong entirely to the Unit Owner.

📍 The person leasing the parking space must not have more than four (4) vehicles registered within the site.

📍 We kindly request all Unit Owners and Site Residents to comply with these rules and contribute to maintaining site order and security.

📍 Unauthorized occupation of parking spaces without submitting a leasing notification will be subject to necessary action.
