ABOUT THE ONLINE TENNIS COURT RESERVATION SYSTEM

Dear Neighbors,

As the weather gets warmer and the summer season begins, the use of our tennis court has significantly increased.

To ensure an organized reservation process and prevent scheduling conflicts, we have introduced our Online Tennis Court Reservation System.

A unique user code has been assigned to each apartment. Upon request, these codes will be sent to the phone numbers registered in our management office. Residents can easily make tennis court reservations by entering their personal user code into the designated field on the reservation system.

Reservations can be made one day in advance. Residents wishing to use the tennis court may book their preferred time slot no later than one day before the intended reservation date.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you may do so easily through the same online system. To help ensure efficient use of the tennis court, we kindly ask that any reservations that will not be used are cancelled in a timely manner.

Please note that if you do not arrive at the court within 15 minutes of your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. This policy is intended to maximize court availability and ensure fair access for all residents.

Residents who make three consecutive reservations and fail to attend without cancelling in advance will have their apartment's reservation privileges suspended for one month. During this period, online reservations will not be available for that apartment.

We have also introduced a Waitlist Reservation System. If the primary reservation holder does not arrive within the 15-minute grace period, the court will automatically become available to the resident holding the waitlist reservation.

To ensure that the online reservation system operates smoothly, until June 30, 2026, tennis court reservations may be made both through the online system and by phone.

As of July 1, 2026, all tennis court reservations must be made exclusively through the Online Reservation System.
