REGARDING THE REGISTERED VEHICLES OF OUR RESIDENTS

Tarih

07.05.2026

Dear Neighbors,

As a result of recent inspections, certain inconsistencies have been identified in the vehicle registrations made by some residents for site entry. The primary purpose of transitioning to the controlled vehicle entry system was not only to ensure that all vehicles entering our site are properly registered for security reasons, but also to prevent non-residents from using our parking areas by declaring the name of any resident.

Although the majority of our residents have complied with the previously announced Board of Management decision regarding this matter, it has been determined that there have been some abuses and irregularities in a limited number of registrations.

This situation has also led to parking violations by properly registered vehicles, mainly due to difficulties in finding available parking spaces in our open parking areas. However, as clearly stated in the Condominium Law, the indoor and outdoor parking areas of the site are intended solely for the use of residents living within our community.

All vehicles entering the site other than resident vehicles are considered guest vehicles and may only enter for a limited duration, subject to the approval of the resident they are visiting and mandatory registration by the security unit.

Within this scope, it is not possible to register vehicles belonging to non-residents — including first-degree relatives — beyond the parking entitlement allocated to the relevant apartment.

Following the inspections conducted and in line with requests received from residents, a new regulation has been introduced to ensure a more organized, efficient, and fair use of our parking areas. Accordingly, the maximum number of vehicle registrations permitted (including both indoor and outdoor parking) based on apartment type is as follows:

🚗 New Vehicle Registration Limits:

• 1+1 and 2+1 Apartments: Maximum 3 vehicles
• 3+1 and 4+1 Apartments: Maximum 5 vehicles
• 5+1 and 6+1 Apartments: Maximum 7 vehicles

This regulation aims to:

✅ Ensure a more balanced and efficient use of parking areas,

✅ Reduce parking issues caused by excessive occupancy,

✅ Provide all residents with equal and fair usage rights,

✅ Prevent misuse of the site parking areas.

We kindly ask our valued residents to visit the Site Management Office or contact us through our communication channels in order to:

a. Register any plate number changes, if applicable,
b. Inform us which vehicles exceeding the allowed limit according to apartment type should be removed from the system,
c. Note that property owners whose apartments are rented out will not be allowed to register vehicles based on the rented apartment,
d. Residents whose first-degree relatives also reside within the site may, provided they do not exceed the specified limits, request indoor garage access authorization for two separate blocks.

Residents with vehicle registrations exceeding the specified limits are kindly requested to remove the excess vehicle registrations by the evening of Friday, May 15, 2026.

If excess registrations are not removed by this date, the Site Management will be obliged to delete them. Thereafter, such vehicles will only be permitted to enter the site under guest status, subject to registration and approval by the security unit.

We believe that, with the understanding and cooperation of our valued residents regarding these decisions taken by the Management, we can continue to maintain a more organized, peaceful, and livable residential environment together by ensuring fair use of the parking areas, preventing the misuse of our site as a parking facility by non-resident relatives, family members, and friends, and most importantly, by preserving the security integrity provided by our controlled access system.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Sincerely,
PARK ORAN Housing Site Management
