REGARDING PEST CONTROL APPLICATION AS PART OF PEST MANAGEMENT

Dear Neighbors,

Due to the frequent rainfall since the beginning of this summer season, there has been a significant increase in the number of flying insects throughout the entire city. Although the pest control applications we have carried out have kept the number of these pests in our complex lower than the citywide average, the rain that fell immediately after our applications has both reduced the effectiveness of the treatment and made it clear that daytime application cannot fully cover all areas.

As a result of our assessments, it has become clear that our extensive landscaped areas and garages cannot be adequately treated during daytime hours within a short period, for health-related reasons. As is the case in many holiday resorts and large residential complexes similar to ours, it has been determined that the most appropriate solution is to carry out this comprehensive, purpose-specific application—which takes 3-4 hours—during nighttime hours.

Accordingly, the pest control application will this time be carried out as follows:

Date: 28.07.2026 (the night connecting Monday to Tuesday)
Time: 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Details regarding the application are as follows:

🛻 Application Method: Vehicle-Mounted ULV (Cold Fogging) Method
📍 Application Areas: All common areas, the bases of plants and trees, around the pond, waste areas, enclosed parking areas, and similar locations.

The pest control will be carried out using products approved by the Ministry of Health, by the expert teams of Bio Prime Pest Control, with all necessary precautions in place.

Important Rules to Follow During the Application ⚠️⤵️

You should not go outside from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM the following morning.
It would be advisable not to touch plants from 11:00 PM until 12:00 PM (noon) the next day.
It is recommended to keep your windows and balcony doors closed during the application.
Items such as food, beverages, children's toys, and pet belongings left on balconies or in outdoor areas should be brought indoors.
You are kindly requested to keep your pets indoors until 7:00 AM.
Please do not leave food items or cooking equipment out in the open in the application areas.
Neighbors with chronic illnesses (especially respiratory and heart conditions) are advised to stay away from outdoor areas until 7:00 AM.
Please make sure not to be outdoors during the application.
