REGARDING PARKING REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES WITHIN THE COMPLEX

Dear Neighbors,

Despite our repeated and persistent requests not to park in prohibited areas, disabled parking spots, and charging station zones, it has been observed through the warning notices issued that approximately 100 parking violations occur each week. The refusal of recipients to accept these notices clearly demonstrates disregard for the rules and a blatant neglect of the rights of other residents.

This is neither acceptable nor sustainable. Preventing such selfish actions that disrupt the daily life of others and show no consideration for fellow residents is among the responsibilities of our Site Management.

This announcement serves as the final reminder and warning for all parking violations.

As of today, in accordance with the unanimously approved decision of the Representatives Committee, an escalating monetary penalty will be applied for each violation and directly reflected in the monthly dues of the resident responsible for the infringement.

Due to the importance and seriousness of the matter, we once again bring this to the attention of all residents through this announcement.

Additionally, photos of vehicles committing violations will be regularly shared in the relevant groups. Respecting each other's rights is a fundamental requirement of community living.
