REGARDING ITEMS LEFT IN COMMON AREAS

Dear Neighbors,

It has been repeatedly announced to all Site Residents that items left in common areas throughout our site (such as stairwells, building entrances, corridors, shelters, fire escape areas, shaft cabinets, etc.) pose a serious risk to life and property safety and may obstruct evacuation in case of fire or other emergencies.

In accordance with Articles 4 and 18 of the Condominium Law No. 634 and Article 25.4 of the Park Oran Residential Complex Management Plan, it has been clearly stated that leaving any personal belongings in common areas is strictly prohibited and that such items must be removed.

Despite these mandatory regulations, it has been observed that some residents continue to leave their belongings in common areas and, during inspections, remove them temporarily only to place them back in the same locations. It has been repeatedly announced that such items will be collected and disposed of directly.

In order to prevent any inconvenience, we remind you once again of the sensitivity and importance of this matter. Otherwise, the aforementioned items will definitively be disposed of by the Site Management and authorized personnel, and this is hereby formally announced.

Ensuring the safety of life and property for all of us is our priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, bearing in mind that in the event of a fire, such items may lead to irreversible losses.
