🦟🪰 PEST CONTROL TREATMENT NOTICE 🪰🦟
Dear Residents,
Due to the frequent rainfall since the beginning of the summer season this year, there has been a significant increase in the number of flying insects throughout the city.
Thanks to the pest control treatments carried out at our residential complex, the number of such insects within Park Oran has remained lower than the citywide average. However, rainfall occurring immediately after previous treatments has reduced their effectiveness. It has also become clear that treatment carried out during daytime hours cannot adequately cover all necessary areas.
Following our assessments, we have determined that, due to the extensive landscaped areas and parking garages within our complex, comprehensive pest control treatment cannot be carried out effectively and safely within a short period during the daytime. As is common practice at many large residential complexes and holiday resorts, carrying out a comprehensive treatment at night, which takes approximately 3–4 hours, has been determined to be the most appropriate solution.
Accordingly, the pest control treatment will be carried out as follows:
Date: 07.10.2026 (Wednesday night into Thursday)
Time: 23:00–02:00
Details of the treatment are as follows:
🛻 Application Method: Vehicle-Mounted ULV (Ultra-Low Volume / Cold Fogging)
📍 Treatment Areas: All common areas, around plants and the bases of trees, the pond area, waste disposal areas, indoor parking garages, and other relevant areas.
The treatment will be carried out by the specialist teams of Bio Prime İlaçlama using products approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health, with all necessary safety precautions in place.
⚠️ Important Rules to Follow During and After the Treatment ⤵️
- Please do not go outdoors between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Please avoid contact with plants between 23:00 and 12:00 noon the following day.
- Please keep all windows and balcony doors closed during the treatment.
- Food, beverages, children’s toys, pet belongings, and similar items kept on balconies or in outdoor areas must be brought indoors.
- Please keep your pets indoors until 07:00.
- Please do not leave food items or cooking equipment uncovered in areas where the treatment will be carried out.
- Residents with chronic health conditions, particularly respiratory or heart conditions, are advised to avoid outdoor areas until 07:00.
- Please take care not to remain outdoors while the treatment is in progress.
