🦟🪰 **PEST CONTROL TREATMENT NOTICE** 🪰🦟

Dear Residents,

Due to the frequent rainfall since the beginning of the summer season, there has been a significant increase in the number of flying insects throughout the city.

Thanks to the pest control treatments carried out within our residential complex, the number of insects in Park Oran has remained relatively lower compared to the city overall. However, rainfall occurring shortly after previous treatments has reduced their effectiveness. It has also been observed that treatments conducted during daytime hours could not be carried out comprehensively enough to cover all necessary areas.

Following our assessments, it has been determined that, due to the extensive landscaped areas and parking garages within our residential complex, a thorough pest control treatment cannot be completed safely and effectively within a short period during daytime hours.

As is common practice in many large residential complexes and holiday resorts, conducting a comprehensive treatment during nighttime hours has therefore been considered the most appropriate and effective solution. The full application is expected to take approximately 3–4 hours.

Accordingly, the pest control treatment will be carried out as follows:

📅 **Date:** 23 September 2026 — Wednesday night into Thursday morning
🕚 **Time:** 23:00–02:00

Details of the treatment are as follows:

🛻 **Application Method:** Vehicle-Mounted ULV (Ultra-Low Volume / Cold Fogging)
📍 **Treatment Areas:** All common areas, areas around plants and trees, the pond surroundings, waste disposal areas, enclosed parking garages, and other relevant locations.

The treatment will be carried out by the professional team of **Bio Prime Pest Control**, using products approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health and with all necessary safety precautions in place.

⚠️ **IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS DURING AND AFTER THE TREATMENT**

• Residents are requested not to go outdoors between **23:00 and 07:00**.

• Please avoid touching plants between **23:00 and 12:00 noon the following day**.

• Windows and balcony doors should remain closed throughout the treatment.

• Food, beverages, children's toys, pet belongings, and similar items kept on balconies or in outdoor areas should be brought indoors before the treatment begins.

• Please keep your pets indoors until **07:00**.

• Do not leave exposed food items, cooking utensils, grills, or similar equipment in the treatment areas.

• Residents with chronic medical conditions, particularly respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, are advised to remain away from outdoor areas until **07:00**.

• Please avoid being outdoors while the pest control treatment is being carried out.
