NOTICE OF FUNGICIDE (ANTIFUNGAL & POWDERY MILDEW) TREATMENT IN COMMON GREEN AREAS

Dear Neighbors,

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the plants in our community's common green areas, a plant protection treatment will be carried out to control fungal diseases affecting trees, powdery mildew on roses, as well as aphids and other harmful pests.

The application will take place on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

The treatment will be carried out by Syngenta AG, in accordance with the product's Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and label instructions, by trained personnel using all required occupational health and safety measures.

During the application, as a precaution, please:

⚠️ Keep away from the areas where the treatment is being carried out.
⚠️ Ensure that children and pets stay away from the treated areas.

After the application:

⚠️ Avoid close contact with treated plants until the following morning.
⚠️ Do not pick or consume any fruits from the landscaped areas for 2 days following the treatment.

This application is essential to maintain the health of our common green areas and to prevent the spread of plant diseases.
