📣♨️ HEATING SYSTEM ACTIVATION NOTICE ♨️📣

Dear Residents,

All maintenance and inspection procedures for our heating boilers were completed during the summer by the authorized technical service provider under the supervision of our Technical Team, and the system has been fully prepared for the winter season.

Taking into consideration the increase in natural gas prices, we also completed our gas purchases for the prepaid meters during the summer months.

As of today, Monday, 28 September 2026, our heating system will be activated. Due to the commissioning of the system and the pressurization of the heating installation, it may take up to 24 hours for heating to become fully operational in all blocks and apartments.

In order to ensure proper heat circulation through the system, at least one radiator, including those in the master bathroom, main bathroom, or heated towel rail, must be kept open. If all radiators remain completely closed, consumption cannot be properly measured and your heating usage may therefore be calculated based on comparative consumption.

You may use the thermostatic radiator valves in the other rooms and living room according to your preference, including setting them to the zero position. However, to avoid comparative billing, at least one radiator must remain slightly open at a low setting.

If you notice any water leakage or dripping from your valves, if your radiators are not heating properly, or if you observe any other unusual condition, please inform the Site Management immediately. Our Technical Team will provide the necessary assistance as soon as possible.
