⚠️ NOTICE REGARDING WASTE THROWN FROM UPPER FLOORS AND WATER RUNOFF FROM BALCONIES ⚠️

Dear Residents,

Recently, it has been observed that cigarette butts, plastic waste, and similar items have been thrown from apartment balconies and windows or have fallen into landscaped areas. In addition, washing balconies in a way that causes water to flow onto lower floors, neighboring balconies, or common areas may result in environmental pollution and inconvenience to other residents.

Such actions not only cause environmental pollution but also negatively affect the order and cleanliness of our shared living spaces, as well as the comfort and well-being of our neighbors.

We kindly remind all residents that household waste must be disposed of through the designated garbage rooms located on each floor. In order to keep our surroundings clean, respect our neighbors’ rights, comply with hygiene rules, and maintain the order of communal living, we kindly request that no waste of any kind be thrown from windows or balconies, and that residents avoid washing balconies in a manner that causes water to run onto lower floors, neighboring balconies, or common areas.
