INFORMATION ABOUT OUR NEW BANKING AGREEMENT

Dear Neighbors,

The promotional agreement we previously established with Türkiye İş Bankası for the collection of maintenance fees and staff salary payments for the 2023–2026 period ended as of June 2026.

Although, as the Site Management, we made efforts to establish a new agreement with Türkiye İş Bankası for the upcoming period, unfortunately, no positive outcome was reached.

For a new 3-year promotional agreement, we held negotiations with Türkiye İş Bankası, VakıfBank, Akbank, Garanti BBVA, Halkbank, and DenizBank. Following extensive negotiations, an agreement was reached with DenizBank, which made a special effort to work with our site, offered the highest promotional payment among all proposals, and presented the most advantageous offer in the best interests of our community.

Upon our request, DenizBank representatives will be available on the ground floor of Park Club to assist residents who wish to open an account and make their maintenance fee payments through automatic payment instructions, bank transfers, or direct payments.

There will be no need to visit a branch. Residents who wish to do so will be able to open an account directly at Park Club. In addition, residents who request one will be able to obtain a credit card with no annual card fee, and loan facilities will also be available if needed.

DenizBank representatives will be available at the Park Club ground floor from August 12, 2026 to August 22, 2026, for 10 days, every day between 09:00 and 12:30.

Residents who do not wish to open an account with DenizBank may continue to choose their preferred payment method and may also make their maintenance fee payments to our accounting office using any credit card of their choice.

Our existing accounts with Türkiye İş Bankası will remain open until September 30, 2026. After this date, all accounts held with Türkiye İş Bankası will be closed.

Residents who will make their maintenance fee payments via bank transfer/EFT are kindly requested to make their payments using the following account details from now on:
