IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE NEW ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS

Dear Neighbors,

As previously announced, the new access control systems to be used throughout our site were activated in Block C1 as of Monday, December 1, 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition for our residents, the implementation will proceed gradually. The system will be activated at the building and garage entrances of Blocks C2 and C3 on December 4, 2025.

A transition period of three (3) days has been designated for both blocks. An additional announcement will be made one day prior to activation for each respective block.

In the blocks where the new system is activated, the proxy system will be completely disabled. In order to avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request that residents who have not yet completed their registration do so as soon as possible.

During the system activation process, technical support and information will be provided by our Administrative Office. To ensure timely assistance with any potential issues, our Administrative Office staff will be available 24/7 for fifteen (15) days.

We thank you for your sensitivity and cooperation in completing the necessary registration procedures, which will help ensure the proper and secure use of this system established for our safety.
