📱🪪IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE NEW ACCESS SYSTEMS📱🪪
Dear Neighbors,
We have extended the final registration date for our Access Control Systems until November 3, 2025.
To avoid any inconvenience during your site access, please make sure to complete your registration before this date.
As of November 3, 2025, all existing Proxy key fobs will be permanently deactivated, and access to the site and block pedestrian or parking gates will no longer be possible using the old system.
As previously announced, you will be able to conveniently access pedestrian gates via the Mobile Application using Bluetooth, QR Code, NFC, and/or your National ID Card.
To ensure that all residents receive accurate information, we have provided detailed answers to frequently asked questions below:
1 How can we register for the system?
You can complete the registration form shared with you and submit it to the Site Management Office in person, send it via WhatsApp (0543 255 5 255), or email it to idariisler@parkoran.net
by November 3, 2025.
Once the Site Management reviews and confirms your details, your registration will be finalized.
2 Why is proof of residence required? Is it mandatory?
The sole purpose of requesting proof of residence is to ensure the safety and security of our residents and to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the site.
In the past, some residents registered non-resident acquaintances as household members in order to grant them access to the Social Facility. This long-standing practice poses a serious security risk and is unfair to legitimate residents.
is unacceptable for individuals with no relation to our community to have been able to use our Social Facility for years.
For this reason, proof of residence is strictly required for residents who wish to use the Social Facility Gym.
Residents who do not wish to provide proof of residence during the registration process for the access system may still register by signing a Declaration of Responsibility Form, which states that they accept full legal responsibility.
In the event of false declarations, all legal responsibility will rest with the resident who signed the form, and unauthorized entries will be immediately revoked.
The goal of this practice is to prevent fake registrations made in previous years by individuals with no connection to our community.
The Site Management reserves the right to request proof of residence whenever deemed necessary.
3 How can we download and register for the mobile app?
After submitting the registration form, residents will receive a personalized username and password along with separate download links for iOS and Android following the final registration date (November 3, 2025).
You can then download the appropriate version for your phone and log in using the credentials provided.
We recommend changing your password upon your first login.
4 How can residents who do not wish to use the app access the site?
Residents who prefer not to use the mobile app can simply check the “Access via ID Card” box on the registration form and use their National ID card for entry.
5 How will children and elderly residents access the site?
They will also be able to access using either the Mobile App or their National ID card.
For residents unable to use either method — specifically children under 18 and residents over 65 — a special, non-duplicable access card will be provided.
These cards can be obtained from the Site Management Office after registration and payment of 36 USD (VAT included) to the Site Management account.
Please note that cardholders are fully responsible for their cards.
For children, the cards will be designed to be worn around the neck like school ID cards.
To receive these cards, the homeowner or tenant must visit the Site Management Administrative Office in person and complete an additional application form.
6 Will building access codes still be available?
Yes. During the transition period, access codes will continue to be used but will be changed periodically and shared only with block residents.
Please note that sharing these codes with non-residents such as delivery or service personnel creates a serious security risk.
We kindly request that you do not share your building access codes with any third parties.
7 How will the intercom and guest entry system work?
The existing intercom system will continue to function as usual.
Guests will be allowed entry after security personnel confirm their visit with the resident.
For short-term guests staying with you, their details can be added to the system via the mobile app or ID registration, allowing them to enter without ringing your intercom each time.
8 How will household staff such as drivers or cleaners access the site?
Household employees registered through the Household Staff Form will be able to access the site using their National ID cards only.
9 Why isn’t the new system activated earlier? Why must registered residents wait?
Once the new system is activated, unregistered residents will be unable to access the parking or pedestrian gates.
To prevent any inconvenience, the new system will be launched only after the final registration date, ensuring that all residents are properly registered beforehand.
10 Is the mobile application secure?
Yes, the mobile application is highly secure. It has been developed by a corporate technology company that provides security software systems to several major institutions in Turkey, including the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), Middle East Technical University (METU), Ziraat Bank, 112 Emergency Services, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
A comprehensive data protection agreement has been signed with the developer to ensure complete security of personal information.
11 Can this new system be used when entering by taxi or replacement vehicle?
Yes. At our security gates, there will be readers identical to those used at the block entrances.
By scanning your mobile phone, ID card, or access card from inside your vehicle, you can enter quickly, safely, and discreetly — without the need to exit your car, register a new vehicle, or disclose your address to anyone nearby.
12 The internet connection in parking areas is weak. Will the system work without internet?
Yes. The system does not require internet or mobile signal to function.
When your registered phone or ID card is scanned, the system performs an instant offline verification, ensuring fast and secure entry.
13 How can our foreign residents use the system?
Foreign residents can register using their national ID cards from their respective countries.
They may also register with their active international phone numbers (valid in Turkey) and use the mobile app for access.
14 Will the records of residents who move out be deleted?
Yes. Site Management monitors all move-out requests, which are granted based on the payment status of site dues.
Once a move-out is confirmed, the corresponding user’s record will be immediately deleted.
15 Can someone take a screenshot of the QR code and send it to someone else to gain entry?
Each QR code is valid for approximately 5 seconds. When the time expires, the current code is automatically deactivated and the system generates a new one. Therefore, it is technically impossible for someone to copy a QR code and send it to another person to gain access.
In addition, for security reasons the mobile phone must be physically close to the reader. If the registered phone is at a distance, the system detects this and denies access.
Additionally, residents who do not access the site for 90 consecutive days without prior notice will have their accounts automatically deactivated.
If they wish to regain access, they can simply call the Site Management Office, and after security verification, their account will be reactivated remotely without needing to visit the office.
We have done our best to address the most common questions above.
For any additional inquiries or assistance, our Site Management Team will be pleased to help you.
We wish that our new Access Control Systems bring safety, security, and convenience to all our residents at Park Oran.
Sincerely,
PARK ORAN Houses Site Management
